HOW CAN WE HELP ?

FAQ BY PARENTS & FAMILIES

About our Babysitters / Nannies

All our babysitters undergo a thorough
interview, vetting and orientation process. After we initially interview them in person,
we execute a background check and require 2-3 referrals.

Our babysitters are CPR and First Aid
Certified, which makes them qualified to assist, should an accident or emergency occur.

Our babysitters are available most hours
of the day, and even for overnight stays. They can also arrive very early in the morning
and stay late in the night. No request is out of the question!

All the babysitters speak English and many of
them may also be fluent in Italian. If there is a specific language request, please don’t
hesitate to ask and we will do our best to match a babysitter who speaks the same
language

Our babysitters range from 18-60 years old, have
extensive childcare experience and love to spend time with children!

Yes! We offer a complimentary virtual “meet
and greet” which consists of a 20-minute video conversation.

The babysitter will arrive at the meeting point
(whether that be a hotel, Airbnb, location in the city, etc.) 15 minutes prior to their start
time. Please be specific on meeting instructions.

We will do our best to
accommodate this, especially because of Covid. We do, however, strongly suggest
booking early, so we can confirm and secure the same babysitter upfront

We offer babysitting services for all aged children, including infants. Infants
must be at least 3 weeks old. Also, we offer services for elderly care, as well as pet care.

The babysitter will
bring a bag of activities and goodies, depending upon the age of the children. This will
include arts, crafts, toys, books, games and will have an Italian focus
